Domaine Laporte Le Bouquet Sauvignon Blanc 2021
"The grapes come mainly from the slopes of the Loire Valley known as "The Garden of France". This area stretches from the Auvergne to the Atlantic Ocean on 13 departments.
After the harvest, the grapes are pressed and the must is fermented between 15-18°C in stainless steel tank to become wine. Then this young wine is aged on his fine lees during 3 months before bottling.
"Le Bouquet Sauvignon Blanc" is a very aromatic, floral and fruity. It notes remind the Sauvignon blanc flowers and it's fruit. Some hints of citrus give all the vivacity of the wine. In the mouth "le Bouquet" release an intense freshness and the flavours of ripe grapes." -Winery notes
