A mixed-up blend of biodynamic Barossa Cinsault and Grenache co-carbonic fermented for 3 weeks with direct press organic Riverland Souzão. Aged in old French oak, big and small. A fun off-piste light red that travels well in or out of the fridge. Think vermouth and amaro with a juicy watermelon tang.
