"The vineyard of Château Argenteyre is the hidden gem of its appellation. Painstaking tending of the vines and careful vinification by its passionate viticulturalist-owners, Philippe and Gilles Reich, allow this outstanding terroir to fully express itself. Almost black ruby red with purple tints denoting the youthfulness of this wine, a beautiful silky texture envelops the firm structure typical of the appellation and an exceptional vintage. This is another step up the quality scale for a wine which has never ceased to distinguish itself for quite a number of vintages. The vines are tended in a traditional way and harvesting is done by hand. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months - this will only improve with a few more years of age." -Supplier notes
