60 year old vines from the village’s best sites make a wine that’s both refined and complex. “Les Casse-Têtes” vineyard in Meursault is higher in altitude which results in higher acidity that keeps this white crisp, fresh, and a great aperitif. The spine is sublime with structured minerality from grapes grown on limestone/clay.
There is buttery complexity from oak, but edges still defined as the wine is finished in tank 6 months prior to bottling.
Pair with poultry, white meat, seafood, &/or cheese.
If you choose to collect this wine can rest in your cellar 6-8 years.
