This is tighter on the nose compared to Picq’s other cuvées, but comes with laser focus and tangible energy. The palate is beautifully balanced, delivering wonderful tension that electrifies the senses. So much nascent energy is coiled up in this Chablis, replete with a persistent saline finish. Magnifique!"
