Henri Bonneau Chateauneuf-du-Pape Cuvee Celestins 2012
94-96 Points. Scheduled to be bottled in October (it’s probably already in bottle), the 2012 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Reserve des Célestins is gorgeous stuff and has everything you expect from this estate. Black currants, garrigue, beef blood and ground pepper all give way to a ripe, sexy and full-bodied beauty that has sweet tannin. I’m quite sure Henri would snub his nose and call the wine too easy, in his gregarious way, but count me as a fan." Jeb Dunnuck
Le Du’s does quite a bit of buying directly in Europe. As a result, we are able to offer older and rare bottles at compelling prices. The listed quantities are confirmed and on their way from France. THIS IS NOT VIRTUAL INVENTORY. We have shipments arriving monthly so your wait time will be anywhere from 4-6 weeks. One of our staff will contact you to confirm your order and let you know when we expect the wines to arrive.
If you have any questions or would like to be included on our Fine & Rare list so you can receive offers on these types of wines before they ever hit the web, contact our General Manager directly at JT@leduwines.com.
