"Ripe Anjou pear and Granny Smith apple leap from the glass. The palate introduces the
drinker to lush peach blossom with notions of fresh thyme and tarragon. Whispers of saline ocean air rush over the mind like a gentle early afternoon coastal breeze.
This beautiful fruit came from a colder site in the Lower Long Tom AVA of the Willamette Valley. The fruit is impeccably farmed which is clearly reflected in the wine.
After a 24 hour cold maceration, this wine was spontaneously fermented in neutral oak barrel. Absolutely nothing was added except for a fractional amount of sulfite as a preservative. It is unfiltered and unfined.
