“Obviously inspired by Burgundy (Olivier calls this his “Cote de Nuits Village”) there is an elegance and zip which is captivating.  Minerally lime meets green apple skins meets just a hint of lemon zest.  The mid-palate texture is expansive and the finish lingers.  There is no obvious oak influence here yet the richness suggests it.  To be clear, this not someone trying to make Burgundy in Rioja but rather someone making Rioja Blanco who LOVES Burgundy.”  -JT Robertson
