Terlato Cabernet Sauvignon 2005
"Each vineyard block is vinified separately. Like the traditional method in Bordeaux, the wines are assessed in January with the final blending done in March. Aged in French oak barrels, 50% new, in our underground wine caves for 22 months.Aromas of blackcurrant, black cherry and cedar, with jammy hints. Complex palate, with a mix of spice, loamy earth, dried herb and berry accompanied by a touch of sage and chicory, ending with a drying aftertaste."
