"In 2022, Aurélien Verdet acquired the entire Domaine de Chassorney from Frédéric Cossard, after 3 years working together as partners. Today, the wines are vinified by Aurélien, the estate covers 10.48 hectares and has 4 employees. The grape varieties grown are Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté, on clay-limestone soil. The estate's grapes are certified ORGANIC by ECOCERT.
