"Domaine Buisson was created in 1996 by Christophe Buisson, following several years of work as a winemaker and wine broker. It is located in Saint-Romain and produces wines of this appellation, Beaune, Auxey-Duresses and Savigny-lès-Beaune: fine and elegant wines. He cultivates 7 ha of vines having started his Bio conversion in 2009. Regarding the vinification of pinot noir, the macerations carried out cold are long (7 to 10 days) and the wines are then aged in 20% new oak barrels. For whites it is about the same process except for the lower proportion of new barrels: 10 to 20%." -Supplier notes
