Dujardin Meursault 2021
"Ideally located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, in Monthélie, not far from Meursault (21 Côte d'Or), the Domaine Dujardin has an area of 8 hectares of vineyards producing Great Burgundy Wines, red and white.
Family estate now managed by Ulrich Dujardin, who transmits his passion to his children every day, the Domaine Dujardin produces renowned appellations such as Monthélie 1er Cru, Meursault blanc, Auxey-Duresses.
A committed winegrower and independent winemaker, Domaine Dujardin uses traditional winemaking methods.
The cultivation of the vine is done in rational control (by limiting the contributions of chemical fertilizers, weed killers and insecticides) in order to maintain the necessary vigor of the plants, without looking for overproduction, harmful to the quality of the wines and the environment.
The harvests are entirely manual to ensure a qualitative sorting." -Winery notes
