Contact with the peels for twelve days in simple tasts without temperature control. Aging in steel tanks for nine months with malolactic fermentation and further refinement in the bottle.
Clear ruby red color
The tone is elegant and the predominance is in the fruits that range from strawberry to red orange, to find plum, candied cherry and a touch of pomegranate. Hints of aromatic herb such as sage emerge that introduce the balsamicity of cloves and juniper berries.
