Summer thinning and manual harvest in 20 kg drilled boxes. Alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts; re-assembly and founding every few hours. Contact with the peels for twelve days in simple vats without temperature control. Aging in steel tanks for nine months with malolactic fermentation and further refinement in the bottle.

Clear ruby red color. The tone is elegant and the predominance is in the fruits that vary from strawberry to red orange, to find plum, candied cherry and a touch of pomegranate. Hints of aromatic grass such as sage emerge that introduce the balsamicity of cloves and juniper berries.

A fresh entrance, delicate tannins and a body that echoes the red fruit and its pulp, bring intensity and progression to attention. The drink is accompanied by omnipresent salinity." -Winery notes
