Smallfry 'Jellyfish' Barossa Valley Grenache 2022

"In a year of drought and frost it seemed my desire to diversify our range was destined to be dashed but thankfully an extra parcel of Grenache from our 40 yo vines came to my rescue. My brief was to capture the vibrant fruit without being too boozy. Just 4 days on skins and bottled in house under crown seal, really minimal sulphites.   Vegan friendly.
Juicy and round in the palate, softness with a sheath of fine, lacy, chalky texture and a bite of crunchy, red cherry freshness to finish. Lively and bright, defies the labeled alcohol with fine, frisky red at a lighter weight class. A little earthiness to finish, distracts, but ok. Drink with a chill." -Winery notes
