"It is our pride, the wine that made us known and continues to be the image of the company. It has the direct thread with its variety, the Turbiana, our native grape variety. Conceived to be consumed in the year, it expresses the best part of itself many years after bottling. In its youth it is fresh, linear and endowed with great finesse and elegance with delicate notes of white flowers, balsamic notes and hints of apricot. Time allows it to evolve by expressing the mineral notes with greater determination, thus acquiring its complexity with iodized scents, spices and candied fruit. In the mouth it is able to wrap the whole palate thanks to an important sapid essence accompanied by lively and exuberant acidity. In youth it is to be preferred with a serving temperature of about 10 degrees, with cold or lukewarm but delicate appetizers and accompanies dishes of fish either boiled, steamed or grilled." -Winery notes
