"It is in the heart of Premeaux-Prissey, hamlet of Nuits-Saint-Georges, that Morgan and Julie Truchetet, surrounded by Pauline Genot, Morgan's partner, are proud to take over the reins of the family estate since January 2019. They represent the 6th generation. The estate covers an area of 6.50 hectares certified Organic Viticulture since 2023. From the 2022 vintage, Pauline takes over the family vineyard in the communes of Saint-Romain and Auxey-Duresses which will expand the range. It is in the vineyard that the vintage takes shape; you have to know how to listen to it and adapt each year. Morgan and Julie planted plant cover to boost the biological activity of the soil, improve its structure and increase the level of organic matter. Their goal: to develop living soils! The treatments, mainly plant-based and pesticide-free, are in-house design. High trellising is used to increase the leaf surface area, promoting leaf photosynthesis and also creating a shaded area." -Winery notes
