"2012 base vintage from Ay, Dizy, Hautvillers in the Vallée de la Marne and Avize and Oiry in the Côte des Blancs. The blend is roughly 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Meunier. The blend used to contain up to 30% reserve wine, but for a better expression of the base vintage, the reserve wine is down to 20% of the blend. The reserve wine comes from previous 700-series wines. Disgorged January 2017 with 1.5g/L dosage.
