Shipping Policy

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase/order any alcoholic beverages and by placing an order you verify that you are 21 and over.

Le Du Wines ships to 41 States.

Most orders are processed and prepared within 24 hours. Out of State shipments can take 1-3 days to facilitate.

We offer next day delivery within Manhattan on all orders placed before 3PM and free delivery for addresses within the zip of 10014.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on market rates.

Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

While we can ship at all times of the year, we advise not shipping in extreme weathers to maintain the integrity of the wine. If you do so choose to ship during extreme cold / hot temperatures Le Du Wines is not held responsible for the potential damage of the wine.

For all orders to be delivered to states other than New York, Florida and Washington D.C., once your purchase is complete, you hereby authorize Le Du Wines to transfer your purchased items to a third party shipping company. Buyer agrees to take sole responsibility for complying with all laws regarding importation of and delivery of alcohol into your state. Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from Le Du Wines to buyer in the State of New York.
